The Farm, which offers two Cottages, is conveniently located in a small, friendly, bucolic farming community just a short 40 mile drive south of world-famous Music City…Nashville.

You will find this wonderful quiet Guest Stay close to unlimited activities, art, antiques, festivals, history…did we mention Music? You have the wonderful little burb of Historic Woodbury just a few miles down the road and lively, activity filled Murfreesboro only 10 miles.

The Cottages radiate warmth and charm which open to covered porches inviting you to slow down, breathe and know you are safe. Parking is right at your door making unloading a breeze.

We offer two cottages, Sunset Cottage and Meadow Wood Cottage, both sleep two adults. On your arrival you will be personally greeted by Miss Maggie with your key and an introduction to the Farm along with a delicious freshly baked surprise.

RELAX

You will have theatre seating to the sunsets that drench the skies with their dramatic watercolors. Don’t forget your best camera.

This is a great time to light the fire that has been set in the fire pit and watch as the stars blanket the night sky. How many can you name? Marshmallows anyone?

Birding opportunities abound and that would include the hilarious, fat wild turkeys that frequent the Farm. Those gigantic birds heave their great bulk up and roost in the tall trees overnight. Come sunrise they begin to drop like bombs down to the fields and go in search of seeds, bugs and slithery things to feed their great feathered bodies.

Bring your bicycle, binoculars or favorite book. Books are available in the Cottages too along with lots of DVDs.

REJUVENATE

Enjoy a wonderful night’s sleep on the Saatva bed draped in quality hotel linens, a favorite of all my Guests! Come morning, indulge your coffee choices and relax while the Farm comes to life again each day…or sleep till noon!   

Savor a delightful European breakfast of Miss Maggie’s famous scones, chocolate banana bread, yogurt, juice and seasonal fruits and cheese, served on a platter delivered to your room. These amazing delights are freshly shopped, baked and just for you.
